Sony DADC in Brazil is part of a worldwide network, which has offices, production plants and distribution, capable of offering digital and logistic solutions, on a global scale. Operating on a global scale, Sony DADC has established three fundamental operating principles:

Sony DADC is committed to environmental issues through the corporate guidelines set out in its Global Environmental Management System (GEMS) and its EMS based on ISO 14001. As well as internally developing a wide range of programs and initiatives aimed at offsetting, the product life cycle related to CO2 emissions.

We understand that we are part of a comprehensive cycle and focus on carbon management in our day-to-day business, reviewing and monitoring not only manufacturing efficiency, but also the entire value chain, from the responsible purchase of raw materials to the distribution of the finished product.
3. Control of the use of environmental resources:
The materials used in our products are crucial to minimize the impact on the environment. We strictly abide by industry standards on the use of harmful substances through the implementation of the Green Partner Program with its raw material suppliers.
Quality is the main pillar in all operations and business of Sony DADC, which operates through a harmonized quality and environmental management system, based on the standards of ISO Standards and other international standards. These systems cover all product and service processes, which are monitored and monitored through performance indicators.
Exclusions: Some requirements of NBR ISO 9001 are not applicable to the Sony DADC Management System due to the nature of its activities. These requirements and the justification for their exclusion are as follows:
8.3 Design and Development of Products and Services: the production and distribution of CD’s, DVD’s and BD’s is a well-established process (commodity), which does not require new projects or developments, requiring only Sony DADC to structure the processes necessary to production and distribution of CDs, DVDs and BD’s.
As a service provider that manages both intellectual property and financial and personal information, security is a top priority in Sony DADC’s daily processes and is also an integral part of our mission. Recognizing safety as a priority Sony DADC Brazil maintains an Anti-Piracy Management System, based on the standards and guidelines of the CDSA (Content Delivery and Security Association).
